In life we all have the choice to do what we believe is ethically right when faced with a hard decision. We have values, beliefs and have adopted many principles that drive all our actions. At times, people will turn a blind eye to things they know are unjust and say that someone else will resolve it, and as a result, throughout history as much as we have tried to change things, so many things have stayed the same. Since I was a little girl, I always saw the beauty in people and our planet. I felt deeply connected to everything around me and when I saw people, animals, or trees impacted I would feel sad and question why someone needed to hurt another person, be mean to an animal, or cut down the trees. As simple as this may sound, it was not simple in my mind. I always knew that I would be someone who would give the voiceless a voice and take a stand against what did not work. Being part of this organization I have a profound opportunity to work alongside an incredible team where people and the planet matter. For me, that is a place I can call home. They say home is where the heart is, and at RJC Global Impact I certainly give my heart and my deep commitment to support, train, develop, lead and empower all the stakeholders involved in every action we take. I am here to be of service, raise the level of integrity to an unprecedented level, to bring awareness to what others may see as minimally acceptable and see it through to its greatness; and, to stand for the rights of our most unique and vulnerable communities especially the children, when they are unclear how to stand for themselves. Most of all, I am committed to bring forth a world of knowledge and wisdom so that we can all work as one and allow diversity and inclusion to become the new norm creating a sustainable planet for all living things.
