Contributing to people and the planet fuels my soul.  I believe that if we are really going to create a sustainable planet for future generations we need to develop the kind of leaders that are passionate about what they do and are committed to a great purpose.  I am always around great people who make a difference every day either through small acts of kindness or big projects that impact many lives.  The kind of leaders we need are the ones who are resilient, empathetic and look at every living thing like it has the right to be here on earth.  At RJC Global Impact, I have the distinct honour and privilege to be of service to train and develop leaders in elevating their emotional and ethical intelligence such that they put their people first and take every action necessary to be responsible for the impact their businesses can potentially have on the environment.  RJC Global Impact is like family and everything we do is nourished with passion, joy, love, commitment and loyalty.  For the last 15 years I have been training and developing leaders, and through being part of this team, I have the opportunity to make a great impact all around the world.

Simone Vitellaro is a  Leadership Accountability Facilitator.  She has over 15 years’ experience in facilitating leadership training, and developing teams through strategic planning, complex problem solving, and change management processes.  As a project manager, she is highly effective and drives teams to perform and produce their desired results.  As a high performance and  accountability coach, she is able to empower leadership teams to build accountability into the culture and impact positive change by elevating  communication within any leadership team, guiding them through the spaces of problem solving, empowering them to collectively bring forth solution driven leadership.  Additionally, she specializes in high risk behaviour training, while effectively developing others in conflict resolution to bring about positive change in any organization.
