My passions all centre around engaging people – colleagues, employees, customers, communities, and other stakeholders – to do great, exciting, meaningful things together. Todd has over 20 years experience that has spanned across mining, utilities, banking, healthcare and software industries in the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa, China, Japan, Poland and Uruguay. He is an expert in program and organizational change management for major IT migration, software Startup, design and build out for process and data management and implementing, running and transitioning Program Management Offices (PMOs). Todd has a passion for helping organizations identify which changes they want and need to make, prioritizing and planning change, gauging and improving their change cap abilities; and implementing change in a way that drives maximum business benefits.
